Application Process

  1. Submit application and required documents through an engineering office using the Benayat channel for the new premise.
  2. Pay the Capital Contribution using EWA payment channels.

Documents Required

  1. Official ID:
    • Nationals and Residents
      ID card copy or ID card reading data 
    • Non-Residents
      Passport copy 
    • Commercial Customers
      Copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate or Establishment Certificate 
  2. Water Supply & Service Agreement 
  3. Copy of building permit 
  4. Copy of address certificate 
  5. Copy of title deed 
  6. Copy of aerial map 
  7. Copy of survey certificate 

Service Fees

Service fees calculated in accordance to the regulated pricing. For more details, please refer to Law No. 13 of 2006.

Service Steps

  1. Submit Application

  2. Application Review
    Your application will be reviewed, and the site inspected to ensure the Customer Water Arrangement is as per EWA standards.
  3. Service Fees
    Connection design will be prepared, required work permissions will be issued, and service fees calculated.
  4. Payment Channels
    Pay the quotation using EWA payment channels.
  5. Service Installation
    Prepare for construction on-site, including the laying of pipelines, and meter installation.
  6. Your Service is Complete
