If you would like to install an electricity meter and open a new account, this service is for you. You can benefit from this service after completing all the necessary steps, including ensuring that the premise is ready and the new electricity supply connection is in place.

Application Process

  1. Prepare documentation and submit application using EWA service channels.
  2. The application will be reviewed by the specialised team to verify that all requirements are met, and the customer will be contacted if needed.

Documents Required

  1. Official IBAN document  
  2. Electricity & Meter Services Agreement 
  3. No-objection certificate for electricity connection issued by Municipality
  4. Copy of the lease contract, lease contract registration and a no-objection letter from the owner (tenants only)

    Set up a a payment plan by signing up for direct deductions from your bank account or credit card; please note that the meter will only be installed once the payment plan is complete. 
  4. Your Service is Complete

Only an EWA approved contractor is eligible to submit a meter installation. Select an approved contractor based on the project’s electrical demand (kW).
