While primarily targeting high usage customers, the program's goal of reducing energy consumption is helpful to everyone. Bahrain's commercial and industrial sectors make up approximately 45% of the nation's total energy consumption, so improvements in energy efficiency within these sectors can help reduce energy costs and ensure a more reliable energy supply for all customers.
