Documents Required

  1. Official ID:
    • For Nationals and Residents
      ID card, copy of both sides, or ID card reading data
    • For Non-Residents
      Passport copy
    • For Commercial Customers
      Copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate- /(or establishment Certificate)
  2. Account Management Agreement Form (not applicable for online channels)
  3. Copy of the title deed or sale contract (not required if the property owner is registered with EWA)
  4. Official IBAN document, or credit card details
  5. A recent and clear picture of the Electricity & Water Meters (optional)

    • Copy of the religious ordinance document attached to an authorization letter signed by all the heirs
