Application Process

  1. Submit application and required documents through an engineering office using the Benayat channel.
  2. Pay the Capital Contribution using EWA payment channels.

Documents Required

  1. Official ID:
    • Nationals and Residents
      ID card copy or ID card reading data
    • Non-Residents
      Passport copy
    • Commercial customers
      Copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate or Establishment Certificate 
  2. Confirmation certificate for the electricity supply power load (applicable for private projects)
  3. Electricity & Meter Services Agreement 
  4. Power conditions requirement for building permits 
  5. Details of required electrical loads 
  6. Copy of building permit 
  7. Copy of address certificate 
  8. Copy of title deed 
  9. Copy of aerial map 
  10. Copy of survey certificate 

Service Fees

Service fees are calculated based on electricity load and technical considerations in accordance with regulated pricing. For more details, please refer to Law No. 13 of 2006.

Service Duration

  • 70 Working days for High Voltage (11kV) , 45 working days for Low Voltage (415V)

    Connection design will be completed, and service fees calculated. Quotation will be issued after approvals from relevant authorities.
  3. Payment Channels
    Pay through EWA payment channels.
  4. Site Work
    Prepare the location for construction ensuring the meter box is ready for service installation.
