How to read your fixed bill
Your fixed monthly bill displays your fixed bill amount, wallet balance, and details of your actual consumption. For more information about the different sections of your bill, please refer to the explanations below.
If you are registered for the Fixed Monthly Billing Service, your bill will display your fixed monthly bill amount, credit balance (My Wallet), and actual consumption.
