EWA President: National Cadres Are the Cornerstone for Continuing Development and Progress

 

HE Eng. Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed, President of the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA), affirmed that national cadres are the fundamental pillar for sustaining the paths of development and progress. He pointed out that the national work journey is enriched by their prominent contributions across all fields. He highlighted that the Prime Minister’s Program for Developing Government Cadres plays a vital role in continuing to invest in national talents by honing, training, and developing their skills, supporting the comprehensive development goals led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of Bahrain, may God protect him, and achieving the visions of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him.

This came during HE’s meeting today with the ninth cohort of the Prime Minister’s Program for Developing Government Cadres, where he emphasized the program’s role in refining and enhancing the skills of national cadres by providing them the opportunity to understand decision-making mechanisms and government program planning. This contributes to developing their capabilities and equipping them with a range of expertise and knowledge that enrich government work and support the kingdom’s growth and prosperity.

HE also highlighted EWA’s role in delivering sustainable services to all citizens and residents in the Kingdom of Bahrain at the highest quality levels, through several strategic projects that aim to achieve the Authority’s objectives in sustaining and providing services efficiently and effectively.

On their part, the members of the ninth cohort of the Prime Minister’s Program expressed their thanks and appreciation to HE the President of EWA for his keen interest and support of national cadres in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
