- Take a water meter reading, wait 5 minutes, and check again. A change indicates a leak.
- Check internal lines by attaching a cloth to a rod near the pipe outlet. If the cloth is sucked in, there’s a leak.
Use an Irrigation System for Your Garden
Install a drip irrigation system with timers to regulate water usage. Schedule watering during early morning or late evening for maximum efficiency.
Install Water Aerators
Water aerators are devices that are installed on faucets, showerheads, or other water outlets to mix air with water.
